Reijo Seppäsen muistoksi – In Memory of Reijo Seppanen

Reijo passed away on Thursday, 9/22/2016, after a long battle with various chronic illnesses. He was at the JFK Medical Center surrounded by his family.

Reijo was born in 1963 in Valkeakoski, Finland and permanently moved to Florida in the late 1980’s.

Reijo owned the auto repair shop, Finn Motors inc., for over 12 years where he made many friends and business partners. If ever not able to find him they didn’t have to look far, he would be under the hood or in the office doing his paperwork. Reijo helped numerous auto repair shops, dealerships, and car rental businesses when tasks or repairs became too overbearing for them alone, he was always there to lend a hand.

Reijo was also very interested in Harley Davidson motorcycles, so much so that he built his own from the ground up. This bike went from nuts and bolts to winning numerous shows providing multiple trophies to put up on the mantel.

Reijo took great pride in being deeply involved in the Finnish community and partook in many events in the Lantana and Lake Worth area. We will never forget how determined he was, always taking things head-on and doing his best to overcome any task at hand.

Over the past few years Reijo has been a part of the Free Masons. When he passed, he was the Worshipful Master of his Lodge. This was a great accomplishment that we are all very proud of.
